There’s a line I keep coming back to:
“Service isn’t servitude. It’s a choice to create meaning for others.” — Will Guidara
These past few months have taught me more about that truth than any year prior.
On paper, it’s been an incredible season for Four Score Solutions:
- We were named Smartsheet’s New Partner of the Year in Q4 2024
- Achieved Platinum Partner status within 12 months moving from Silver to Gold in 6 months, and to Platinum in a year (to our knowledge, the fastest ever)
- Continued to grow our team with exceptional talent
- And secured a major sponsorship opportunity for this fall (more to come soon)
But this season has also demanded more from me as a founder, as a husband, and as a dad.
In December, my wife and I welcomed our second child.
So yes, two kids under two.
The house is full. The calendar is fuller. And sleep? That’s become a nostalgic memory.
Yet somehow, amidst all of this we’ve grown. Not just in headcount or in revenue, but in purpose.
The Cost of Real Growth
Scaling to Platinum status didn’t come from “grinding harder.” It came from clarity.
We applied what Alex Hormozi preaches: most businesses don’t need more time — they need better offers, tighter systems, and ruthless focus on value.
We got clear on what we solve, who we serve, and why we’re worth it.
We stopped apologizing for our pricing and started obsessing over our impact.
And we pushed our own limits, because we knew the cost of not growing was stagnation — and that wasn’t an option.
The Heart of Service
But Four Score isn’t just about growth. It’s about how we treat people while we grow.
That’s where Will Guidara’s Unreasonable Hospitality comes in.
We don’t just deliver enterprise solutions. We remember birthdays. We hand-write notes. We show up when no one else does. We teach our team that yes, excellence is the floor — but care is the ceiling.
Because here’s the truth: in a world where tech is everywhere, genuine human connection is the differentiator.
It’s the reason we’ve grown so quickly because clients don’t just want a tool. They want a partner who gives a damn. And we do.
Life at Home (a.k.a. Controlled Chaos)
Of course, all of this is happening while I’m also navigating the most meaningful (and messy) chapter of my personal life.
Two kids under two. A wife who is somehow stronger and more supportive than I deserve. Diapers, milestones, midnight feedings, pings on Teams for urgent messages and calls all blurred into one long, purpose-filled, coffee-fueled (just kidding...I don't drink coffee) day.
But if I’ve learned anything from this season, it’s this:
Structure is what keeps the chaos from consuming you. Responsibility is what gives the chaos meaning.
It’s easy to romanticize entrepreneurship. But what actually matters is showing up when it’s inconvenient. Being kind when you’re exhausted. And still finding time to laugh at the madness in between.
What’s Next
We’re entering the second half of 2025 with serious momentum and even more intention. We’re growing our team. We’re leveling up our service. And we’re about to announce a game-changing sponsorship opportunity that we can’t wait to share.
Until then, we’re doing what we’ve always done:
Building with care. Serving with purpose.
And holding it all together one chaotic, beautiful day at a time.
Thanks for being on this journey with us.
